In simple steps, you can make a purchase by clicking on an item to view from the product list, choose a color and a size, and then click on “ADD TO BAG”. Easy! If you have a product name or keyword in mind, you can enter these (e.g. “Skirts” or “Shorts”) in the  “Search” column on the top right of our navigation menu. Click on the “View Our Entire Collection” button at the bottom right hand of our website browse based on its collection.

STEP BY STEP ON HOW TO ORDER

1. REGISTER/LOG IN

   If this is your first time shopping with us, please Register an account with us to speed up your shopping at check out stage.
   If you already have an account with us, please Log In with your user name and password.

   
   

2. VIEW OUR CATALOGUE

   Browse through our selection of products by categories: TOPS, BOTTOMS, DRESSES, OUTERWEARS, SPECIAL OCCASSIONS, NEFERTITI JEWELZ, OTHERS, SALE. Don’t forget to check out WHAT’S NEW for the latest Nefertiti products.

   
   

3. ADD TO SHOPPING BAG

   Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, click on the “ADD TO BAG” button. If you still want to continue shopping, click on the “CONTINUE SHOPPING” button to view our other products. Continue to browse and click on the “ADD TO BAG” button each time you want to purchase an item.
   View your purchases by clicking on the “My BAG” icon on the top right hand of our navigation menu.

   
   

4. FINISH SHOPPING

   Once you are finished and ready to pay, click on the “CHECKOUT” button on the right hand side of our product page.

   
   

5. REVIEW ORDER

   In this section you can review your shopping bag, change the quantity or remove any items from the bag.  You can continue shopping by clicking on “Continue Shopping”.

   Please choose your delivery type, country and area, and click “Next” to calculate your shipping fee.  Once you are satisfied that all shopping and deliver options are correct, click on “Proceed to Order”. Alternatively you can continue shopping by clicking on “Continue Shopping”.

   
   

6. FILL IN DELIVERY DETAILS & PAYMENT METHOD

   As you must be logged in to make a purchase, you will directed to REGISTER/LOG IN page if you are not logged in at this stage.  Once you are logged in, you will be redirected back to your shopping page.

   Please review that your contact details are correct, and make any changes as required. If the shipping details are the same with your contact details, just tick the box “Shipping Address Is the Same With Billing Address” to speed up the process.
   Next, please choose your payment method.
   Once completed, click the Submit button.

   
   

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION

   You will be presented with a page showing the details of your purchase, delivery and chosen payment method for your final confirmation. Please review these, and once correct, please tick on “I Agree on Terms & Conditions” box and click “Make Purchase” to proceed.

   
   

8. PURCHASE REPLY

   You will get a “THANK YOU” page after your “Make Purchase” confirmation. Please check your inbox or spam folder for your invoice, and arrange for the payment to us before the due date.

   You should make your payment before the due date, otherwise our system will automatically put your purchase back to our stock and it will be available for the next customer in line.

   
   

9. CONFIRM PAYMENT
