ORDERING

  1. How do I buy from Nefertiti?
    Online shopping at Nefertiti is easy. Follow our guide here.


  2. Do I have to register an account to make a purchase?
    Yes. To register for an account, please click here.


  3. I have forgotten my password! What should I do?
    Just click the “LOST PASSWORD” link in the SIGN IN page. Our system will send a new password to your registered e-mail.


  4. How do I know my size?
    To get your correct sizing, please check our Size Conversion Guide.


  5. How do I make payment?
    Direct Bank Transfer to Bank Central Asia (BCA) or Bank Mandiri OR by Credit card via Paypal. Details of our payment options will be on the invoice sent to you upon a purchase reply after each transaction.

DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Once orders are confirmed and paid, we will process them within the next 24 hours, except for weekends or public holidays. Depending on your delivery address, this may take a few days. Please refer to our delivery guide.

  2. I have received my order, but I am not happy with it. Can I return it?
    Please email us at ask@shopnefertiti.com within 7 days of goods arrival, and tell us the reason. Depending on the reason for it, we may allow return of goods, or alternatively provide you with an exchange or store credit.
    Unless the reason for return is due to our fault, shipping cost is not refundable.


  3. I bought the wrong size. What should I do?
    Please email us at ask@shopnefertiti.com within 7 days of goods arrival, and we will look for your required size in the same item. If your size is not available, we will refund your purchase or alternatively you may take a store credit for purchase of other item(s). Please note shipping cost is not refundable.
